Double bed, lots of storage with built in wardrobe. Desk and chair, full length mirror and fully carpeted. The house is great, with two reception rooms. Front room has two sofas and a TV, the other is the dining room. Two really nice bathrooms, one with a freestanding bath, both have showers sinks and toilets. Good little garden. Galley kitchen, with your own cupboard space and two fridges.
Live in Landlord situation, I’m 28 and travel a lot so I’m not in the property that much but retain a bedroom. Currently in Australia. Housemates include a UoB researcher (F) and potentially UoB masters student (F).
