Bedding duvet , pillows etc are available if you require them

There is a shared bathroom and kitchen.

I am an older lady who lives on the premises and there is also one other female lodger, she is a 25 year old student.
We are quite a quiet household so would prefer someone similar.
I have a lurcher dog, so you must at least not be frightened of dogs, a liking of dogs would be preferred.
As with most dogs she can be nosey, but you can obviously keep her out of your room by shutting the door

The rent of £475 includes all bills, council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband.

I will expect you to be reasonably tidy and leave the shared kitchen and bathroom as you found them.

The property is in Sparkhill, which has a good bus service to Birmingham city centre and Solihull.
Also the inner circle bus route is only 5minute walk away.

There is an Aldi within walking distance.
Stratford road is also within walking distance and has many small shops selling a variety of goods.
