I’m looking for a lovely new housemate to join me in my modern, high-end 2-3 bed flat within a secure gated development, just 12–15 minutes’ walk from Birmingham New Street Station.

• Memory foam mattress

• Office/dressing table
• Double wardrobe

The location is super convenient:

• Co-op and 24-hour McDonald’s literally next door
• 5 minutes to Five Ways Station
• 12–15 minutes to New Street Station
• 10 minutes to The Mailbox
• 15 minutes to Brindley Place

I’m flexible on contract options and can offer:
• 12-month rolling contract
• 8-month September–May university/term-time option
• Monday–Friday only

I’m looking for someone who is very tidy and neat, definitely non-negotiable! Ideally, you’ll be working full time, friendly and respectful, and enjoy living in a calm, stylish home.

It would be lovely to have someone who’s happy to occasionally have a glass of wine and a chat in the evening, but who also values independence, privacy and having their own space.
