I’m open to multiple contract types:
- 12 months rolling contract
- 8-month Sep–May university term-time option
- Monday - Friday only

I’m looking for a housemate who is very tidy and neat (non-negotiable!) and who enjoys a calm, stylish home. Ideally someone working full time, who’s friendly, respectful, and enjoys the choice of having a lovely glass of wine together in the evening but also values independence and their own space.
