It's a 10 min walk to Bournville train station & then 12 min direct train to city centre (or 10 min drive to city centre). Trains mostly run every 10 minutes.
Also it's an easy to walk to Cadbury's (12 min walk), the University of Birmingham (25 min walk) and QE hospital (35-40 min walk) from the house.
There is a bus stop, restaurants, pubs and a supermarket within 5 min walk from the house. Plus there a country walks/bike route and parks close by.
Stirchley is a haven for independents on the high street- such as a micro bakehouse, a couple of independent breweries/bars, cafes and art spaces, as well as a bike foundry amongst other shops.
You will share with other friendly professionals/postgraduates (4 bedrooms in total including the ones coming available). There is a full bathroom and toilet on the 1st floor between 3 rooms (including the 2 available rooms). The 4th bedroom has it's own facilities so does not use the main bathroom. There is an extra w/c downstairs for all.
The house is situated in a small cul-de-sac and has a driveway so parking is fine. There is also a bike shed.

The rent above rent is on the basis of a 6-month let, although a 3-month rental may be considered for an increase in the rent (as might an even shorter let if necessary).
