Hi, we are looking for a fourth and fifth tenant starting from July 1st 2026 - June 30th 2027.
We are in the Cotteridge area. It's approx a 6 minute walk to Kings Norton train station and then a 15 minute train journey to Birmingham New Street.
The rent will be £520 a month plus £99.94 for the bills package, so in total will be £619.94 a month.
The rooms are attached below. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, one is ensuite and the other is the main bathroom (which will only be used by you).
We are in a town so there is a supermarket in walking distance. We also have a driveway if you want to bring your car.
