The place is modern, clean, and finished to a really high standard, ideal if you want something more comfortable and premium than the usual rentals. The room comes with its own private bathroom and is located at a distance from the other room in the apartment, so you’ve got plenty of privacy. You’d just be sharing the kitchen and living space with me.

Location is spot on, everything’s on your doorstep (restaurants, bars, transport, city centre).

I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful of space and also looking for someone similar.
