The flat is around a 10-15 minute walk to the Jewellery Quarter, around 5 minutes from Brindleyplace, and around 15 minutes from the centre/New Street Station. It is in a fairly quiet, residential area with lots of other flats around it and a few businesses. The street is well-lit and has plenty of CCTV, as a young woman I have always felt safe!

Rented per room by a private landlady who is very quick to respond and deal with any issues.
