I'm looking for a flatmate to share a lovely, relaxed home with.

A little about me: I'm 26 and work as an Account Manager in a marketing agency. I work hybrid and travel fairly often, so the flat is generally quite calm during the week. I enjoy having routines, spending time cooking, and unwinding after work. Friends would probably describe me as calm, reliable, and always up for a good conversation (especially the occasional existential one!).

The flat has a really cosy atmosphere. The kitchen is very much the heart of the home, and one of my favourite things is cooking while chatting with whoever is around. During the week you'll usually find me batch-cooking, listening to music, binging a series or a movie and enjoying a quiet evening. Weekends are often spent exploring new cities, going for walks, learning something new or spending time with my boyfriend when he visits.

The area is one of the things I love most about living here. We're right by the canal and a park, making it perfect for evening walks. It's peaceful, especially during the summer, yet still well connected to the city centre. The sunsets from the flat are genuinely beautiful, and the balcony is the perfect place to enjoy them. Everyone who visits comments on the layout of the open space kitchen/living room and the relaxing canal views.

I'm looking for someone tidy, respectful, and easy-going who enjoys having their own life but also appreciates a friendly home environment. Someone with hobbies and interests of their own would fit in well. Bonus points if you enjoy cooking, trying new foods, and like cats!

This would suit someone looking for a comfortable, relaxed home rather than a party house.
