My lovely flatmate is moving out as she's buying a house, so I'm looking for someone to join me on a new lease and take over the double en-suite in a 2B2B flat.
The available room has its own private bathroom (shower) and a built-in wardrobe. There's an open-plan kitchen and living area, as well as a lovely balcony overlooking the canal.
The flat comes with a parking space, which I don't currently use, and secure bike storage. We are just a few minutes' walk from Broad Street, around 15 minutes from Five Ways and 25 minutes from New Street Station. Despite being so central, the area is surprisingly quiet! The building also has a small gym and concierge service seven days a week.
I work for an arts organisation and usually work from home on Mondays. I enjoy a calm, tidy home environment and am generally quite easy-going and respectful of each other's space and routines.
Bills have been averaging around £100 per person per month. Council Tax (Band E) currently works out at approximately £120 per person per month.
