We have two rooms available in our four bed shared house.
Rent is £330 per month which includes Council Tax. Bills amount to just under £100 per person.
We are two professionals looking for other professionals working in the city to move in. We both work from home 4 days a week. We are both chill people and have lots of hobbies.
We would prefer to have two people moving in together to make it easier, and would prefer to live with women as our previous houseguests have all be girls.
The house has a gas cooker and two fridges, two living rooms (one with a sofa bed). We have one bathroom with a shower and another with just a toilet. The basement contains a washer and dryer.
Low rent is due to landlord buying home previously for their child whilst studying in Birmingham. Rent has not increased more than 10% in several years.
