Hello everyone,
I am a PhD student based at the medical school at UoB.
I have lived in property at 1-3 Dogpool Lane, Pershore Junction since April.

I have signed a contract in May, which states I am to renew a contract in my current studio for a whole another year. However, I am not interested in renewing it anymore. I am looking for someone to take it over for me so I can (hopefully) move somewhere else.
The move in date is 12th of September,2026 and it is a whole year contract till 4th of September, 2027. It is a bronze studio, where you have your own bathroom with a shower.

You have a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave/oven and a fridge. There is also a desk area with a chair and a big spacious bed. There is a big wardrobe with a lot of space for your clothes. There also communal areas, like the cinema, a gym and studying spaces and events happening around the year for free.

The rent would be 235 pounds per week. Their current offer is 275 pounds per week on their website so it is significantly lower!
I included the pictures, some are mine, some are much better and from the website. It is a lovely property for maybe a postgraduate student looking to live in a peaceful property, focusing on their studies.

Transport:
30-40 minute walk to the university, based in Selly Oak.
45 and 47 bus lines go to the city centre, 20 minutes ax. to Birmingham New Street.
76 goes right at the medical school campus and directly to uni too. Again, 20-30 minute bus depending on traffic.
Shopping:
There is Lidl 5 minute walk away, helpful for making student friendly meals. There is a corner store 30 seconds away from the building with essentials too. And other stores are in proximity as well.
