I’m looking for someone to take over my ensuite room in a modern flat in Birmingham city centre from October.
The flat has some great facilities, including a fully equipped gym, concierge service, 24-hour security and a dedicated mail room. It’s in a really convenient location for getting around the city and would suit someone looking for a clean, comfortable and well-connected home.
You’d be sharing with my current flatmate, who is easy-going, kind, considerate, clean and tidy. She works in Coventry around 3 days a week, so you’ll also have plenty of time to yourself. She’s friendly and sociable but also respectful of personal space.
The room itself is a private ensuite, and the flat is kept clean and tidy.
About the ideal flatmate:
Someone clean, respectful and considerate who is happy sharing a home with someone else. Similar interests are a bonus but definitely not essential!
