All inclusive Double Room- Stockland Green

Hi there! We are a gay couple looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate to share our home with us.

We are very LGBT+ friendly and welcome anyone who is comfortable living in an LGBT+ household. We are looking for someone who wants a nice, relaxed home rather than simply somewhere to sleep.

Our house is an end terrace, tucked away from the main road, with a little green directly in front. One of the best things about the location is Witton Lakes, which is literally about a minute's walk from the house. It is a beautiful place for a walk, a run, or simply to get some fresh air.

There are loads of green spaces nearby, including Witton Lakes, Perry Common & Brookvale Park. If you enjoy walking or running, you can even make your way through a series of green spaces all the way towards Sutton Park!

Witton Lakes is particularly lovely in the morning and is a great spot to watch the sunrise with its ducks, coots and swans.

**Getting around**

The number 7 bus stop is just a short walk away, with buses taking around 30 minutes to Birmingham city centre. Sutton Coldfield is also roughly 30 minutes away.

There is an Aldi within walking distance, along with other local shops & amenities.

Our living room is perhaps a little unusual because one of us is very interested in history and is involved in historical reenactment as a hobby. So you will find a few historical artefacts, costumes, other bits and pieces around the place. It is definitely a conversation starter!

We are hoping to find someone who is friendly, considerate and easygoing, who will feel comfortable becoming part of the household while also having their own space and independence.
