Room available in a shared flat for £575 per month.
My current flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over their room and replace them on the tenancy. You would be named on the tenancy agreement as a joint tenant, subject to the usual landlord/letting agent referencing and approval.
Rent is £575 each per month.
Deposit to be confirmed by the agency
Council tax is Band E and is split between both tenants. Electricity, water and Wi-Fi are also shared between us and paid separately from the rent.
I’m a 30-year-old male, and I’m happy to live with either a male or female flatmate. Mainly looking for someone reliable, respectful and easy to get along with who wants a comfortable place to call home.
