City centre is walking distance and excellent commuting links to UOB and BCU etc. Easy access to Five Ways station, Broad Street, Harborne, Digbeth.
Local amenities are walking distance. Quiet gated community and car park available upon request. Living space and kitchen amenities are shared, fully furnished no need for extra cutlery, furnishings etc. you will mostly have use of main bathroom which is newly refurbished as second bedroom has en-suite. However there maybe occasion where main bathroom is used by a guest but will be cleaned by me if I or a guest do use it.

The room is cosy and has a double wardrobe, ottoman style storage bed with a new mattress. Suitable for professionals and students wanting to live around city centre or for professional needing short term stays near QE hospital or UOB.
