I’m looking for a friendly, clean and respectful person to share a lovely 2-bedroom apartment at St Martin’s Place, Birmingham.

The apartment is modern, bright and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a large open-plan living room and a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances. The room available is a good-sized double bedroom, with a modern bathroom.

The location is really convenient — close to Birmingham city centre, Brindleyplace, restaurants, bars and transport links, so it’s great if you work or spend a lot of time in the city.

The building also has some great resident facilities, including access to a gym, WiFi lounge and private cinema (subject to the building’s terms).

A little about what I’m looking for:
I’d ideally like someone who is CLEAN ,considerate and easy-going. I’m looking for a home that feels comfortable and peaceful, rather than just somewhere to stay.
