The house is spacious, clean and peaceful, in a quiet residential area. Tenants will have their own fridge and freezer space in the kitchen, as well as designated kitchen cupboards.

There is a WC upstairs, a shower room downstairs, and access to a garden.

The property is well located for public transport, with good links into Birmingham city centre. Adderley Park train station is nearby, along with many bus routes. It is also convenient for Birmingham City University and Aston University students.

We are looking for someone clean, respectful and considerate who would prefer a calm, homely environment rather than a busy shared house.
