One of our housemate’s have dropped out and we’re looking for 1 extra person to take over the tenancy in our house on Heeley Rd.
The house:
🏠 5 bedrooms (+ 1 spare room)
🚿 2 bathrooms
💸 £468ppm (excl. bills)
💡 £48 in bills per month
➡️ Total comes to £516 per month
There are currently 4 of us (all guys) going into final year, and we’re a pretty social group. We’re always up for going out, heading to the pub, or having a chill one at home.
Please drop a message if you’re interested in the house or want to know any more details!
