Hey, I’m looking for a clean and tidy person to share my modern 1-bedroom flat in Metropolitan House, One Hagley road, B16 8HU.

Just to be clear about the setup, I’ll be staying in the bedroom, and you’ll be using the living room as your own living and sleeping space. The kitchen and toilet will be shared between us.

**Rent is just £350 per month, with bills shared between the two of us!**

The flat is new and comes with all modern amenities, including a fully fitted modular kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven and dishwasher.

**The location is fantastic!** Broad Street is just a 1-minute walk away, a large Morrisons is around 3 minutes away, and Sainsbury’s and Tesco are approximately 5 minutes away. Everything you need is close by.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, so we can both feel comfortable living here.
