I'm looking for a new housemate to share my two-bedroom flat with me (and my hypoallergenic cat, Betty!) as the second bedroom is becoming available.

🛏️ The room
The room is super spacious and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and two matching bedside tables. Plenty of room for a desk if you have one too.

You'll also have primary use of the main bathroom, which has a bath with an overhead shower, sink and loo, as I have an en suite in my room.

🏠 The flat
The flat has an open-plan kitchen and living area, which we'll share. It's a comfortable space to cook, relax and watch TV.

Rent is £500 per month, with bills coming to about £180 per month.

The landlord will need a deposit, but I need to confirm the amount!

👋 A bit about me
I'm friendly and easy-going. I work full-time in education, working from home three days a week. Outside work, I enjoy going to the cinema, theatre, gigs, listening to music, reading, watching TV, walking and occasionally going to the gym. I'm sociable but also appreciate having my own space, and I'd love to live with someone who feels the same.

I'm vegan, so a fellow vegan or vegetarian would be ideal, although the most important thing is finding someone considerate and respectful to share a home with.

🐈 Betty
Betty is my hypoallergenic and very friendly lap cat. I'm also open to living with someone who has a friendly cat of their own.
