Double room available in a well maintained large house in B13. Looking for a housemate to make it their home.

The room is furnished with a double bed, (new mattress), desk, chair, small chest of drawers, double wardrobe and Victorian wash stand.

Large kitchen/diner with a separate utility room. Plenty of fridge/freezers.
Shared living room, decent sized garden and patio for summer barbecues and chilling.

We are a 10-minute walk to the shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants in Moseley Village.
25-minute walk to Kings Heath and the wonderful York Road!

Aldi, Lidl, Co-op, and Marks and Spencer supermarkets within a 10-minute walk.

The city centre is a 15-minute bus ride away. Bus stop is 2 minutes from house.
Free on street parking.


The housemates are a decent, kind and friendly bunch made up of an engineer (male, 28), a recently graduated fashion student (trans female, 23) and a final year aesthetics student (female, 39). I work for a charity up North in the week, returning home most weekends.

We looking for another male housemate, possibly a final year/ Masters or PhD student looking for an easy going, friendly house or a young professional looking to move to B13.

Fornightly cleaner and all bills included.

We enjoy cooking, pub quizzes, eating out, theatre, gaming, travel, hiking, running and gym (nearest is a 10 minute walk away).

Cool with working from home.

We share with 3 friendly cats, so an animal lover is preferred.

Smoking only in the garden.
