The room is furnished with a double bed, (new mattress), large desk, bookshelf, chest of drawers, double wardrobe, bedside tables and two seater sofa.

Large kitchen/diner with a utility room and a separate utility room. Shared living room, decent sized garden and patio for summer barbecues.

We are a 10-minute walk to the shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants in Moseley Village. 20 minutes to Kings Heath.

There is an Aldi, Lidl, Co-op, and Marks and Spencer supermarket within a 10 minute walk.

The city centre is a 15-minute bus ride away. Bus stop 2 minutes from house

Free on street parking.

Current housemates : I am currently a student nurse (gay male, about to enter my final year), I live with an aesthetics student (straight female), Fashion Student ( trans female) and an electoral engineer (straight male). We are a sociable bunch, though busy with work and study during the week.

We enjoy cooking, pub quizzes, theatre, running and gym (nearest is a 10 minute walk away)

Cool with working from home.

We share with 3 friendly cats, who spend most of their time in the garden or in my room so an animal lover is preferred. Smoking only in the garden.
