The room includes a king-size bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer. This share would suit a professional around 30 and above. The rent is all inclusive payable in advance and the stay is for a minimum of 1 month. Monthly rental is £515 or a Monday to Friday rental at £415 pcm. A deposit of £250 is required which will be returned at the end of the stay. Viewings can be undertaken by arrangement.
