I have three double bedrooms and a single bedroom, the rooms are furnished and the house is maintained to a good standard with living area / conservatory, kitchen / dinning, utility room, large garden and off road parking.

Although there are 4 rooms in total, due to my work commitments i rarely stop over and the downstairs room has their own bathroom, so you only really share the main bathroom between the two double upstairs bedrooms and the kitchen between 3 people.
