The house in this advert has 3 bathrooms and 6 bedrooms meaning it is a great size and will be comfortable for all tenants! The current tenants are all professionals so the house is very clean.
The house is in an ideal location whereby it is a 10 minute walk to New Street Station and the city centre. It also takes 25 minutes to walk to Birmingham University. The house is on Cambridge Crescent, Edgbaston, B15 so please search this street. You will see that the location is great and that the house is in a clean and safe area! There is also parking outside the house.
In addition, ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED (gas, electricity, internet, water, council tax etc) so there will nothing for you to pay for as a tenant.

The rooms have all been decorated (as you will see from the photographs). The bed is leather and the mattress is an orthopaedic mattress. The mattress is new.
