Rent is payable monthly in advance on the agreed payment date. The deposit will be held for the duration of the arrangement and returned at the end, subject to the room and shared areas being left in good condition and there being no unpaid rent or other agreed charges.

You would be sharing the apartment with a friendly, respectful gay couple. We are looking for one clean, considerate and reliable non-smoker who will treat the property as their home and respect the shared spaces. A working professional would be ideal.

Single occupancy only. No smoking inside the apartment.

Proof of identity, Right to Rent and proof of employment or affordability will be required.
