I am a student seeking to move out of my student accommodation at The Emporium due to moving away from Birmingham.

The Emporium is an excellent student accommodation for those looking to live away whilst at uni. The building features a laundry room, cinema room, gym and lounge areas. There is a small friendly team at The Emporium who always ensure your needs are met during your stay. There is in on-site security team as well.

The room on offer is on the 10th floor of the building and has great views of the city of Birmingham.

The flat consists of two bedrooms and a shared kitchen-lounge area.

There is one female in the flat, who is tidy and friendly. You will only be sharing the kitchen-lounge area together.

The kitchen consists of cupboard storage, fridge/freezer, TV, floor sofa cushions and dining table and chair. The kitchen is super clear and very modern, unlike other student accommodations.

The room includes:

- 3/4 bed

- desk, chair

- shelves, drawers and under bed storage

- great bathroom facilities

- spacious room with view directly facing Birmingham City University

- heater with adjustable settings

The property is only available to university students and is ideal for those studying at Aston University or BCU due to the close walking distance.

A guarantor will be required for you to fulfil your contract and the tenancy ends on 26th August 2022. You will be required to fulfil the contract until the end date.
