I have a lovely 2bedroom apartment in the best neighborhood (city center) with all the amenities surrounding it.

Ideal housemate must be clean, tidy, sociable and respectful of each other’s space.

The spare room (Room2) is a double bed with clean new furnishings and a big wardrobe.

The flat features a brand new kitchen with modern amenities, an open door window balcony, a beautiful bathroom with a spacious bathtub 🛀, and a cozy living room, which I’m open to sharing.

All bills are included except the council tax. An active and fast broadband is available as well
