- Separate private bathroom (not shared)
- Bills not included (£160 pm fixed)
- Brand new beddings, duvet, pillows and towels
- TV, radio, air fryer, coffee machine, juicer, all other appliances.
- Available from March 2026 (or as per negotiation)
