I'm looking for a flat mate to take the spare room, all bills are included in this central Birmingham flat, 7 mins walk from New Street Station.
The flat has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and large balcony. You'd also have your own bathroom. There is also a small gym in the building and a concierge service 24/7. There is also a kitchen/living room.
Close to Broad St./Arcadian pure gym, large Morrisons within walking distance.

There are some utensils that came with the flat and some that are mine. I'm happy to share both.
