The room is large, with ample furniture provided. You will also have access to your own storage cupboard in the hallway of the flat.
The flat is very bright, and the living room overlooks the canal. The building has an intercom system so you can admit people from the flat.
All regular amenities provided: washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.
I'm happy to leave the duvet and two pillows if this is convenient too :)
