A spacious double room is available in a modern, fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment, just a 10-minute walk from Birmingham City Centre.

You'll be sharing the flat with me (the owner), and as the second bedroom occupant, you'll have exclusive use of the second bathroom, giving you your own private bathroom.

The apartment features:

* Large, bright, and fully furnished living room
* Fully furnished bedroom
* Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher
* I use the ensuite bathroom, so the other bathroom is private bathroom for the lodger
* All bills included (utilities, council tax, broadband, etc.)
* Optional parking space available for an additional £100 per month

I'm looking for a quiet, clean, and respectful person who will help keep the flat comfortable and tidy. Full-time students (undergraduate or PhD) are strongly preferred.
