Hey! I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my apartment in the centre of Birmingham, as my current flatmate needs to move out after living here with me for the past year.

The flat is modern, fully furnished, and has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area with loads of natural light. You’ll have your own double bedroom with a separate bathroom.

Rent is £725 per month (including the WiFi), + around £100 for the electricity and water a month (I’m exempt from the Council tax).
