I’m looking for someone to take the second room in a 2 bedroom apartment in the middle of Birmingham!

A bit about me… I’m Áhmed || 25 and work in financial services ( 3 days in the office, 2 WFH - in my room tho! with my vape and iced matcha 💆🏽‍♂️)
I’d say I’m pretty sociable and always down for cheeky drink ( I get carried away and never know my limit), nights out… or day, ordering takeout, or binge watching series (current obsession is House of the Dragon). Massive lover of music too! Rnb & Indie/Alt are my constant rotations, and Lana Del Rey is somewhere between my favourite artist and my religion.
Equally though, I completely respect people’s space. If you’ve had a long day and just want to disappear into your room, no weirdness whatsoever. I’m looking for someone who’s easygoing, clean-ish ( we all have our days - zero judgement over here) and just a vibe to share the space with.

You’ll have a really spacious double bedroom with your own private bathroom, so it almost feels like you’ve got your own little apartment… but with me tho! 😋
The flat itself is a modern top floor apartment, fully furnished and honestly a pretty nice place to come home to if I do say so myself.

LOCATION 📍
Probably my favourite thing about living here.
We’re right where Chinatown meets the Gay Village, so there’s always something going on. Lots of amazing food, bars, cafes and places to grab a drink are a stone throw away.
It’s got a really social atmosphere without feeling like you’re trying to sleep in the middle of Broad Street.
New Street station is about a 10 minute walk too, so getting anywhere is really easy.
