Looking for a student (or student couple) to take over my 51-week lease on a premium Silver Studio at Bagot Street for the 2026/27 academic year. Perfect for Aston University and BCU students (walking distance). UoB is a 30 minute bus ride/ 7 minute train ride.

Single Occupancy Rent: £220 per week (All bills + Wi-Fi included. Total contract: £11,220)
Dual Occupancy Total Rent: £7,012 per person (£138 pw per person)

Bonus Incentive: I will personally pay your accommodation takeover admin fee.
Room Type: 2nd to Highest Floor Private Silver Studio (Your own private kitchen & en-suite bathroom).

Move-in Date: Saturday, 12th September 2026 (7-day official move-in window, must also be a Saturday)
First Installment Deadline: 5th August 2026, can be paid after, but must be paid before move in date (Management requirement to clear funds before key collection)
Can use the Your Guarantor Service (subject to 5% of total rent) built-in with the application if you do not have a UK guarantor, however, any other external or international guarantor services are not accepted.

Building Perks: Free on-site gym, cinema room, residents' lounge, laundry facilities. There is also an attached Tesco Express right downstairs.

This takeover will be processed safely and officially directly through the Collegiate Bagot Street management team.
