Looking for a female roommate to rent together

Hi there!
I’m looking for a female flatmate to rent a 2-bedroom flat together, ideally around B4 / Birmingham City Centre.

A little about me:
* I work full-time hybrid, with 2-3 days in the office.
* I’m clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces.
* I have a 4-year-old Cocker Spaniel 🐶 He is very well behaved indoors, doesn’t bark and doesn’t destroy things.
* I’m looking to move by mid-October.

I’m ideally looking for someone who also works full-time, or is happy to share the council tax and household bills.

I’m also very happy to look for and view flats together, so we can find somewhere that works well for both of us. Ideally, I’d like somewhere dog-friendly, with a 2-bedroom layout and a reasonable rent.
