I’m looking for someone to replace me in my amazing studio apartment in then heart of Birmingham city centre. Really great amenities, new street station station, bullring, moor st station 10 minute walk away,

Tesco 8 min walk away, co op literally 2 minute walk (across the road).

Also right across the road from Birmingham City Uni and Birmingham Metropolitan College. Also a 3 minute walk from Aston University.

Bills not included but super cheap - for just myself bills are usually £100 on top of rent. Apartment is really well heated so you save a lot of money during winter as it’s very warm.
