Master Room with Private Bathroom in City Centre

Double bedroom with a 1.5m double bed in a 2B2B apartment in the city centre, located above China Town. The apartment is shared by two people, and the room is the master bedroom with a private bathroom. It takes around 15 minutes by bus to the university (about 10 stops).

I am looking for a female flatmate, preferably a student. I would prefer someone who is a non-smoker, keeps the shared areas clean and tidy, and enjoys a quiet living environment. Please no parties, especially at night, and preferably no overnight guests. Looking for someone respectful and easy to live with.
