Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate to share a modern, furnished 2-bed apartment in The Postbox, Birmingham City Centre, right next to The Mailbox and The Cube.
The available room is a furnished double bedroom. There are two bathrooms in the flat - my bedroom has an en-suite, so you would essentially have the main bathroom to yourself.
The apartment has a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen, concierge, communal roof terrace, secure entry and allocated parking. Birmingham New Street Station is also within walking distance.
Rent is £600 per month, excluding bills. All household bills - council tax, electricity, water and broadband - would be shared between the two of us.
A little about me - I’m 29, a working professional and work in banking. I’m friendly and easy-going, and I like keeping home clean, quiet and relaxed.
I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. This is a quiet home rather than a party flat, so I’d prefer someone who doesn’t host parties or large groups of people. Friends visiting occasionally is absolutely fine - being considerate about noise and respecting each other’s space is what matters.
Ideally looking for a clean, respectful and easy-going working professional.
If you’re interested, send me a message with a little about yourself and we can arrange a viewing.
