B1 -Double Rm Ensuite Professional Flatmate Wanted

I’m looking for new flatmate to share a 2 bed flat as my current flatmate is relocating at the end of January 2027.

I’m a recent graduate from the University of Bath, currently working in banking on a grad scheme. I work from home 2-3 days a week.

Location: B1 (right next to the Mailbox)

Price: £750 rent + council tax (E) + electricity/water (£1000 pcm approx.)

Room: Double room + own bathroom with bath

Amentities: Rooftop deck, free dining room, podcast room, music room, speakeasy bar, co-working spaces, games room, HUGE gym

Duration: 6 months (as I'd be relocating in 6 months but if you can find a flatmate to replace me, then you are more than welcome to extend the contract yourself)

I'm big on nights in so appreciate a clean space and eating together. I have lived with flatmates before and all can account for a good reference but I'm pretty easy going as long as you're clean. I've got a car so am often up to lots of silly sidequests whether that's roadtripping to hiking spots or a carpool karaoke to a maccies drive thru or Costco haha. Would be great to be friends but no pressure.
