I am moving to another city and looking for a replacement tenant for my flat in Staniforth house. The flat is clean and peaceful( not noisy at all). You can see Aston University Building from the window ,the view is really nice and peaceful. The flat currently has only 3 other flatmates. There is a Tesco store nearby, just 2-3minutes walk to Aston University and about 10 minutes walk to City centre/Bullring!
