We have an upcoming vacancy for an en-suite bedroom in a 3 bed flat in the highly demanded Snow Hill Wharf apartment block, postcode B4 6LL.

The current 3 flatmates have lived here for 2 years together, with 2 of us staying on. We both are 24-26 y/o males working in Finance, who are really sociable, easy-going, but an emphasis on being clean. We spend a lot of nights playing video games/watching movies in the living room, heading to the gym, cooking, etc. We're looking for a third, like-minded person who enjoys similar activities & knows how to keep the shared space clean.

The room to rent is an en-suite with both a bath and shower, is more spacious than the other two currently occupied rooms, and also boasts a walk-in wardrobe area as pictured. The room will come with a bed-frame, and the curtains. Other pieces of furniture for the bedroom could be negotiated to be bought off the current tenant.

The flat itself has a cinema room, sauna, steam room, gym, meeting room, 24/7 concierge, and other communal spaces alongside hosting events such as World Cup watching events in the cinema.

Bills are not included in the listed price. The council tax band is E due to the prime location.

(Regarding the flat, we're advertising it as 'unfurnished' but the living room & kitchen are full of our appliances and furniture, but the other flatmate and I own these)

We'd both like to meet potential future flatmates, so are open to having a drink/coffee/call if we think the fit is right.
