The University tesco is literally under the building. Aston Uni is just 2 minutes away.

The room is fully-furnished , with a single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe ,full-length mirror, under-bed storage as well as ample of storage space (shelves and racks) along with a private en-suite shower room and toilet.

The flat has a shared kitchen and communal area with 2 other flatmates at the moment. Wi-Fi and utility bills are included in the rent.
Any student is welcome. Gender is not a criteria.
The flatmates are lovely. I am moving back to my country thus, I need a replacement at the earliest.
The contract is until 11th September but you can extend it for another year if you like. You just need to check at the reception.
