Our apartment is in the B1 postcode area, right next to the Mailbox shopping mall. The neighborhood is lively, with plenty of restaurants, and is just a short walk to the city centre and rail stations. The building has a 24/7 concierge service for parcel collection. It’s next to The Cube, directly opposite the 4-star AC Marriott Hotel and the BBC West Midlands office. Within a 1-minute walk, you’ll also find a coffee shop and a Tesco convenience store (open daily 7 am – 11 pm).

Each room is for single occupancy and kept in clean, well-maintained condition. Rooms come fully furnished with:

- Lock and key for privacy and security

A large double room is available for long-term stays starting from September 2025.

One parking space is available at £120 per month (advance request required).
