Our apartment, with the postcode B1, is located next to the Mailbox shopping mall. There are many restaurants nearby, and it is close to the town center and rail stations. This apartment also offers a 24-hour, 7-day concierge service for parcel collection. It is situated next to The Cube, just opposite the AC Marriott 4-star hotel, and the BBC West Midlands Office. It's a 1-minute walk to coffee shop and the TESCO convenience store, which is open from 7 am to 11 pm.
ROOM FACILITIES
The rooms, all for single occupancy, are in well-maintained and clean condition. Each room includes a double-size bed, desk, chair, mirror, bin, wardrobe, double-glazed windows, and blackout curtains. You will also have your lock and key for your room.
ROOM AVAILABILITY
The double room is available for suitable long-term stays and will be available from March.
PARKING
One parking space is available for an additional charge of £120 per month and will also be available from early March.
RULES
Each room accommodates one person only; we do not accept couples for single rooms. No pets and no smoking are allowed.
BILLS
The bill includes council tax and 150MB high-speed Wi-Fi. The remaining bills, such as water and electricity, will be split among the flatmates.
