Room available from 1st September. This is a student household in Selly Oak. The property is approximately 20-30 minutes walk to University of Birmingham depending on your place of study. There is room to store a bike should you choose to cycle to uni. Bus or train is required for other universities in Birmingham. .

Accommodation is bright, homely, clean and tidy. Huge fridge, two toilets, shower. Communal living room, sun room. Washing machine, tumble dryer. Comfortable house. Broadband included in the rent.. Your share of the water rates and TV licence (fixed cost) is paid before you move in. You share electricity and gas bill with other students. This bill arrives quarterly. See video.

I am looking for good quality tenants who are looking for a home away from home. They need to be domesticated, clean living and respectful of others.

Important note: I have received enquiries from individuals wanting to negotiate the deposit and monthly rent. This is non-negotiable so please do not ask and waste my time with these type of queries. If you want a room then five weeks deposit is required to secure the room. Your deposit is registered with a deposit scheme. The deposit is my security and you will receive it at the end of your tenancy.

The deposit. a month's rent in advance and your share of water rates & TV licence for the year is payable before you first move in.
