This house is well furnished and has 5 double bedrooms, (5 housemates in total) 2 bathrooms, and an extra toilet and basin. It is suitable for postgraduates or professionals.

The house is 2 mins from Bournville Lane train station (then 5 mins to University of Birmingham/QE hospital and 12 mins to Grand Central/City Centre)

There is a large communal kitchen with all the appliances you would expect, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave, a living room with sofas and TV.

Morrisons and Aldi are a 5 minute walk away.

Regular buses to city centre and Kings Heath/Moseley.

The house sits on the border between two areas. Bournville is a beautiful area with the famous Cadbury chocolate factory (you can sometimes smell it from the house) and Cadbury village. Stirchley is an up-and-coming area with cafes, restaurants and bars.

Due to licencing restrictions, each room can only be let to one person.
