I’m looking for a friendly, reliable and easy-going housemate to share my home. The room is a fully furnished double bedroom, with access to a large garden and private driveway parking. The house is in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, with a bus stop just a two-minute walk away, plus a local corner shop, post office and hairdresser nearby.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is tidy and respectful of shared spaces, reliable and able to demonstrate that they can comfortably afford the rent. I’m looking for someone who doesn’t work from home, isn’t a party person and enjoys a peaceful, relaxed home environment.
