Two large, partly furnished, self-contained ground-floor rooms available in a beautiful three-bedroom Edwardian terrace, for one person.

I’m a 37-year-old professional female living with my four-year-old daughter, who is with me for part of the week. I'm looking for a female professional, ideally DBS checked, who would enjoy a peaceful, private space.

My daughter and I have the upstairs of the house, while you would have the downstairs open-plan area – consisting of two large interconnecting rooms and your own private downstairs bathroom (toilet and sink). The kitchen and upstairs shower/bath are shared.

A Monday to Friday arrangement would be ideal, although I can offer some flexibility for the right person.
