All the bedrooms have brand new furniture which comprises of double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside.

The rent includes all the bills including council tax and super fast internet, Gas, Electric and water.

We also provide a free cleaning service.

The property is located in a highly sort after location next to bournville train station. There are 3 large supermarkets, an award winning fish and chip shop and cafe all within walking distance. This property is no more than 20 minutes into new street station by train so really is ideal if you are working in the city centre. It is also not far from the QE hospital making it an extremely wanted area

Before moving in a credit and reference check needs to be obtained.

The first months rent and deposit also had to be paid in advance.
