All students to be post graduates at Warwick university (PhD and masters students).

20 minutes Walking distance to Warwick university. Can also get a bus or cycle.

Fully furnished (you just to bring duvet and pillows). Super fast broadband 200 Mbps (Virgin optical fiber 2x fast as any other supplier)

All rooms have own bathroom, bed, wardrobe, drawers, bookcase, large desk and chair.

Each room has lockable door for privacy.

Kitchen with Bosch Oven and hob & microwave. Separate Utility room with 2 full size fridge freezers, washing machine and tumble dryer

Separate Living room with sofa, TV and dining table.

For post graduates at Warwick university only.
