We are preferably looking for a female housemate (as we are all girls) to join our friendly 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom postgraduate student house in Canley.

Spacious Ground Floor Room: Plenty of space to study and relax.

Toilet: You will have a toilet and sink located right next door to your room on the ground floor.

Shower: You will only share a shower on the first floor with one other housemate.

The house has a shared kitchen and a comfortable living room.

Big garden (great for relaxing in the warmer months).

On-site parking available if you have a car.

About us
We are all current postgraduate students at the University of Warwick. The house is a calm and tidy environment, making it perfect for another postgrad or mature student.
